  • Appointed in February 2004, some 3,500 staff and contractors have been involved in a series of brand engagement and leadership workshops.

  • The project involved three phases of work. The first phase of brand strategy development and second and third phases of brand implementation and brand management.
  • The outcomes of the project enabled an operationally focused organisation to become 'brand centric' and build their sustainable competitive edge in the undifferentiated heavy building materials market.
