Senior Market Researcher

As we seek to further develop the business and strategically build on our current reputation for outstanding research and brand solutions, The Right Group are looking for that special research consultant to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to assist driving the firm’s research services.

We recognise that our team is our most important asset; we look forward to welcoming you if you have both the experience and specialisation in quantitative and qualitative research. The person will work closely with The Right Group’s Chief Executive Officer to deliver first class research projects, both in Perth and nationally.

You

  • 3-5 years experience (client or agency side)
  • Strong qualifications in Marketing, Psychology or Business
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Client focus and results driven
  • Excellent project management skills

  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Client and project management
  • Business development (preparing and presenting proposals as part of our Business Development Team)
  • Liaising with external fieldwork providers
  • Design and delivery of research projects (sampling, questionnaire development, analysis, reporting and presentations)
  • Conducting desk-top research, in-depth interviews and facilitating client workshops
  • Online surveys
  • Working with our Consulting Team to develop strategic recommendations arising from the research
  • Design and delivery of research models and frameworks to complement the firm’s Intellectual Property

Senior Organisational Development Consultant

Our firm is seeking to expand on its current services and build a reputation for outstanding HR solutions. We are therefore looking to employ a Senior Organisational Development Consultant to drive the design, development and delivery of the firm’s HR services. This is a newly created position and will provide the right person the opportunity to take ownership of the firm’s HR services offering.

The person

  • Current or previous consulting experience preferable
  • Degree qualified in HR, preferably with Masters qualification
  • Outstanding conceptual thinker
  • Excellent people skills and a true business professional
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial, passionate, committed self-starter and results focused
  • An understanding of the HR marketplace
  • Strong ability and the right attitude to drive business growth
