Our Sydney office is seeking a highly talented, ambitious and commercially astute lead consultant to work closely with our Managing Director to drive business expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth and manage our team
  • Member of the Senior Management Team
  • Develop, manage and grow client relationships
  • Provision of front-line consultancy services for clients
  • Support the firm’s market development program, including branding and promotional activities
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual property and new services
  • Identify new business opportunities for growth and expansion

The person

  • Degree qualified in commerce; marketing / branding or HR with a minimum 5 years experience in a senior role
  • Previous consulting experience is preferable but not essential
  • Excellent people skills and a true business professional
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial, passionate, committed self-starter and results focused
  • Strong ability to drive business growth
  • Background in either HR, branding or marketing is essential
