Our firm is seeking to expand on its current services and build a reputation for outstanding HR solutions. We are therefore looking to employ a Senior Organisational Development Consultant to drive the design, development and delivery of the firm’s HR services. This is a newly created position and will provide the right person the opportunity to take ownership of the firm’s HR services offering.

- Leadership Assessment and Development
- Organisational Cultural Change
- Training Delivery
- Employer Branding
The person will work closely with the firm’s Managing Director to drive business growth and expansion, both in Perth and nationally.

Responsibilities
- Design and Delivery of HR solution services
- Development of new business opportunities and market expansion
- Client management
- Business Unit performance
- Member of the firm’s Management Team
- Keeping up to date with current trends in HR and consulting solutions
The person
- Current or previous consulting experience preferable
- Degree qualified in HR, preferably with Masters qualification
- Outstanding conceptual thinker
- Excellent people skills and a true business professional
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial, passionate, committed self-starter and results focused
- An understanding of the HR marketplace
- Strong ability and the right attitude to drive business growth
