Our Sydney office is seeking a highly talented, ambitious and commercially astute lead consultant to work closely with our Managing Director to drive business expansion.

Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and manage our team
- Member of the Senior Management Team
- Develop, manage and grow client relationships
- Provision of front-line consultancy services for clients
- Support the firm’s market development program, including branding and promotional activities
- Contribute to the development of intellectual property and new services
- Identify new business opportunities for growth and expansion
The person
- Degree qualified in commerce; marketing / branding or HR with a minimum 5 years experience in a senior role
- Previous consulting experience is preferable but not essential
- Excellent people skills and a true business professional
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial, passionate, committed self-starter and results focused
- Strong ability to drive business growth
- Background in either HR, branding or marketing is essential
